You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligible Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Must include original packaging (box, pouch, tag)
  • Personalized items (initial necklaces, engraved items) may be exchanged only if damaged or incorrect

  • Items returned without authorization

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it at no cost to you.

💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color, style, or size, we can help! Email us and we’ll arrange it.
